Two roof mounted roof hatches were required to remove equipment from the building using a picker. Each roof hatch has a piano hinge and can be operated and locked from inside the building without requiring anyone to walk on the roof. Galvanized, locking arms allow the hatches to be propped open while work goes on and then easily closed again.
